Anyone interested in planning WPE 2009 real life meeting:

I've created a project named WPE 2009 at takingITglobal.org:

http://projects.takingitglobal.org/WPE2009

There, you will find a first draft plan for our next real life meeting, result of the working group meeting at WPE 2008.

A1: outreach; I propose for the beginning (more?) groups for "Fundamental goals" and "Control system"; philosophy;

A2: content, technology;

B8. Europe A (where is the border?)
B10. Former Soviet Countries (CIS)

I propose also more "real problem" oriented groups C) and D)

C) Global working groups, like
- lowering differences, global energy system, pollution and warming, human food, arm control, lowering exploitation,...
- We defined in WPE the thematic categories, like health, environment, human rights, etc., so why the groups would not be organized also in some similar structure? These groups could also review and unify old proposals and include them into new ones. All these are permanent problems…

D) Connecting working groups
- many problems are so connected, that they can't be discussed neither regionally and nor thematic only. So, someone must exist, who will coordinate discussions in certain groups according to the discussion in the other ones.

Let's take some time, collect other proposals in this direction, and the give once again the choice to the people…
